Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If for any reason you are not completely satified, please e-mail us with an explaination. The following steps must be complete for a full refund excluding shipping and handling. 1. Must receive e-mail within 2 days after receiving merchandize explaining reason for return. 2. Product must be returned in same box you recieved it in to P.O. Box 1003 Crystal Lake, Il 60039-1003 at your expense. 3. Once we have recieved the returned item in same condition as shipped, your money will be processed and refunded.
